"Now we're going to work on some arm and leg cardio. So you were just moving your legs like so, but you want to make, you want to do a little extra work. We have this exercise tubing here on the leg stepper, the Stair Master, and what we want to do is we want to add our arms, just taking them up and down, up and down. Now with this exercise, trying to keep my arms up, with the same speed as my legs. And I'm really going to feel my heart rate increase. I'm going to feel myself become maybe short of breath, but I'm exercising both my arms and my legs. I'm really feeling it in my shoulders, my triceps, my biceps. Oh it feels great. Only a hundred more, and then I'll be to the top of, I don't know, where am I going? Philadelphia, climbing the stairs, just like our friend Sylvester Stallone in Rocky, there we go. Keep going. Up and down. Push and pull, push and pull, getting the full range of motion. Oh yeah, it's a good workout today. And that is how you can do some great arm and leg cardio on the Stair Master."
