"Hello, and welcome back again. I'm Hank. I'd like to now tell you about why the elliptical trainer is my cardio fitness machine of choice. This is something that I started using several years ago, and discovered how much I really loved it because it was a no impact or low impact machine. I was concerned about joints and things like that, and having neck injuries and back problems. So when I discovered the elliptical trainer and decided that this was the machine that I needed to master; something that if I could do this I know I would have great strength and endurance. And building your cardio strength is one of the most important, it is the most important thing of your life. You need to be able to keep your agility, be able to get out of the way of the bus at whatever age that you are. So, your cardio health is really the very most important thing. And so, the elliptical trainer is a great choice because you can use your headphones on it. Sort of when you're out jogging and running and you get a wonderful rush of being on the machine, you can do that when you're on the elliptical, and you can do that safely, because you're not in traffic and having to watch out for other obstacles. And it really just feels great once you become a master on this machine, and you'll be fit and wonderfully healthy and looking great for the rest of your life when you've mastered this machine. So that's why I like the elliptical trainer, again, for every age. It's wonderful for building your leg muscles, for building your core strength, and just a wonderful fun machine to get on. I feel energized every time I use it, and I know that you will too. So, we'll be right back. Thank you very much."
