"Hello again welcome back my name is Hank. Now I'd like to show you some other programs that are on nautilus. And one is the pike's peak. Pike's peak is a high endurance program, something that you want to really do after you've become very experienced on the machine. The program is very easy to operate, again it's something that you want to cover up after you get it set up. It's one of those programs that I like to not actually see as I'm doing it to kind of have a little bit of experience of what's to come ahead. And so you manually put the program in for pike's peak and press enter, enter your weight and time as the other programs do as well. And you start. I'm feeling this in my hamstrings, in my calves, in my buttocks and of course my heart rate is increasing. My calves particularly I feel in this one. Your inner thighs, will tighten everything. Thank you we'll be right back."
