"Kneeling crunch with weight, just a little more challenging version of the kneeling crunch so if you haven't done any of these I would suggest you start without the weight. I just don't have a three pound weight but maybe you want to go a little lighter before you go a little heavier so this is about middle of the road for starters anyway. Now when you go on your knees make sure you have a padded surface so your knees are not hurting too much or bothering you too much. You also want to keep a little tuck on the hips. As you are doing that and your shoulders are back your shoulders are actually on top of the hips. I want to stay in this position so you can see the side, you know a diagonal version of it. So when I curl or when I crunch I am going to curl my chin in and then I am going to curl my body in, using and contracting the upper abdominals so I do that, keep the tongue in the roof of my mouth. So I am going to swallow and keep the tongue right here so I am going to be quiet for this. I am going to exhale as I do that move and I am going to inhale as I come back so this is what it looks like. So if you notice when I curl I am not letting my body bend like this I am not bending at the hip, I am curling right here on top. It is just compressing the upper abs so I do this and let me show you once again. Curl the head so the chin is completely down then I go into the crunch then I lift the chest then I lift the head so try that technique, make sure that you proceed with the technique correctly. Choose the right way for you so you don't get too tired and do enough and you'll see, you'll notice a difference in how you feel and how you look."
