"I'm going to demonstrate you some basic steps, apply to any kind of movement really, any kind of dance, but it's more focusing to Middle Eastern Dance and we will be using the music by Athmir Garcia and Meos Oasis. Okay. We're going to do working now on Egyptian movements. First of all your position is to be straight. Bring your knees slightly and your arms will be up. Your back up. So we're going to weight in your left, ball in your right and you twist your right hip and a step down. And then, weight in your right, ball in your left, twist your left hip and a step down. So we go hip, step, hip, step. So right, hip, and left, hip. So you can do it in place and you can do it going forward, so you do your hip forward, then just step forward, hip, step forward, hip, step. And in place. Then when you go back, you do your hip first and then you step back. Hip and step back, hip and step back, hip and step back. Hip and step. Hip. So this is your Egyptian, hip, step, hip, step. Right, step, left, step. So you bring, be sure you that bring your hip up and down, up and down. Hip, step, hip, step. You go forward again. Hip, step, hip, step. In place. Then you go back. Hip, step back, hip, step back, hip, step back. And in place, hip, step, hip, step. So this is your Egyptian movement."
