Nia and putting it all together, we continue with variations of the Shuffle Step. This time, we'll take the right foot forward, hands are out and as we come forward, the arms will lengthen out and up. And then as we go back, we're going to add in the element of Aikido blending and we turn or walk back. Starting with the right foot, we take it up and then we take it back. Continuous turn or walk back. Now left foot comes forward, shuffle up and take it back, easy Aikido blend back or walk. Right foot forward, hands big like hugging the space in front of you, and then take it back, blending Aikido. Take it up with the shuffle and blend it back. Now you can always add a little more athleticism to your shuffle, a little more speed to your flow to the back. You want to keep those legs, dangly legs, imagine them dangling from the hip joints. And then hugging space in front and Aikido blend back. Right foot forward, left foot forward, easy shuffle front and Aikido blend to the back. So combining the Shuffle and a Aikido Flow.
