Hi my name is Doctor Kim Makoi I'm a holistic chiropractor from San Francisco and these are the symptoms of restless leg syndrome. Restless leg syndrome is a name given to a fairly common condition where the legs, they are twitching, they are moving a lot of the time. It usually doesn't bother the people that much during the day but at night it can be a real problem, especially for the unfortunate bedmate who gets kicked all night. So some of the, so some of the ways that people have found some relief from the restless leg syndrome is by supplementing their diet with magnesium. Magnesium is an important component for a muscle relaxation and also decreasing their intake of stimulants such as caffeine, colas, energy drinks things like that. There are sometimes homeopathic formulas that help with relaxing the muscles that or helping with sleep. Sometimes there are herbal formulas that usually contain things like Valerian root, again which help to relax the body, help the body get into the state of rest and also like I said magnesium containing supplements are often helpful as well. So Epsom salt baths are sometimes helpful. Epsom salts are very rich in magnesium and those are some of the things you can do to help with restless leg syndrome.
