"One of the other general part toning points that's really good to use, for just about anywhere. Including the wrist, is bladder 23. As you move your hands down the back, you'll feel where the ends of the ribs are. Here's your last rib. Slide your finger along, until you hit the spine. And you'll, your finger will then, end up in a space, in the spine. You want to go, two more spaces down. Put a finger on either side. And as you rub, up and down. You'll feel your fingers falling into a space. Do a straight, up and down, hold in that area. And this is a really good, general tonifying for all of the kidney, or all of the bladder meridian. All of the area that works. The meridian that works the body's muscles, bones and sinus. So anytime, you have any type of arthritis. It's a really good point to use. And it sort of, loosens everything, relaxes the animal. And it's one of the best, back points to use. As a general arthritis point. Again, it's an up and down or you can rock back and forth. And use rocking motion to work that point."
