"The first one we're going to work on is called Back Creek or Small Intestine 3 and it's on the side of the paw. Go to the fifth toe if you can't do claws one and over to the fifth toe and just where the toe joint's the foot. This is going to be a pressure point, they will help relieve some of the pain in the wrist, it also relaxes some of the stiffness. It's also a great common point. So if you're animal has tends to be nervous, this is a good point to use when they're upset or anxious about things. This is going to be a point that you'll look for the hollow space, you see they get very relaxed after they've been on it for a minute, it's a hollow space, you're going to put pressure into that point and just hold it. Just a straight up and down pressure into the joint and hold that point and again, this would be a calming point and it'll be relieving some pain and relieving some of the stiffness in this wrist joint. You want to hold that for about a minute. You can also massage up and down in the area."
