"Hi, in this series, we're actually going to talk about arthritis in the wrist. We're going to teach you some acupressure and some massage techniques that you can use for your dog to make them more comfortable if they have arthritis, arthritic changes in the wrist joints. We do recommend that you speak with your veterinarian first. Be sure your dog is examined, and that everything possible has been done for him before you start this series. But this can be a great add on to western medicine helping your animal be more comfortable in the long term as the arthritic changes will be permanent. And this will be able, will help you ease the pain that the animal may feel, release some of the stiffness and some of the soreness, and give back some of the energy that they may be lacking given that they're going to be uncomfortable. So, we're going to start with, first, some acupressure points, then we're going to show you some areas to massage, and we'll finish up with a closing of the session, and that will give you an idea of how to go through the process with your animal. I recommend you do this two or three times a week."
