"Quit often a ball is used in a table posture for people because it takes the pressure off of your knees as you're on the floor. When you come right down on the floor take that ball and you're going to bring your belly right on top of the ball. You're going to take the hands and touch the mat, now you want the bulk of the weight right into that ball and you want your legs right into the floor. Now bring yourself up so your back is flat, you can take a deep breath in. And exhale, another deep breath in, exhale. Now in table posture you want to feel the heel is going down towards the floor so the back of you leg is lengthening but you want to feel the bulk of your weight in the ball not inside your hands. Breathe in deep through your nose and exhale. Now another deep breath in and exhale, and another deep breath in, exhale and then release and then just come right back on your heels."
