"Symptoms of high estrogen. Normally see some of 'em with depression, mood swings, bloating, abdominal swelling, we also know it as PMS. It's because of the inadequate levels of progesterone that the estrogen has dominion and it's caused by exposure to chemicals. It can be, it's been known to also be related to commercially raised cattle, vegetables, and fruits. It also has an increase of fat that increases the the estrogen levels. Also you might see liver disorders, vitamin deficiencies. There are just some of the things that you might see with high estrogen levels. However you might consider that to help offset some of that you would be more prone to go organically with your vegetables and your fruits and your your meats since there has been some extensive study that shows that it could be related to, cause of the estrogen to take a dominion over the progesterone."
