When someone has anemia symptoms they're going to present with a tiredness due to the red blood cells that are decreased because that's the carrying capacity the red blood cell is for the oxygen and so they have less red blood cells with iron in it, they have less oxygen to be able to breathe because the carrying capacity, the concentration is down so they have increased respiratory rate, many times they'll have an irregular heart rate, shortness of breath could be presented with chest pain and when you look at the way the that red blood cell is designed you would see why you would be tired if you didn't have enough red blood cells with the iron and you could see why that your heart rate would have to increase to keep up because the low flow and of the red blood cells, you can also you might present also weakness and you can see why the weakness would be there and the headaches because the lack of oxygen because the red blood cell is not enough of them to carry the oxygen, the pale skin because of not having the iron and the oxygen in it and they're also very cold sensitive and there might be numbness in the extremities."
