"Hi, I'm Trina Sims and I'm going to talk today about some natural remedies for asthma symptoms. Now, asthma can be life threatening and anyone who suffers from asthma should be under a doctor's care. However, some of these might be suitable for mild asthma attacks. Some herb teas that can be very effective include mullein, asclepias or pleurisy root, enula elecampane, and licorice. In addition, some folks find although this is counter-intuitive that the smoke from burning mullein can stave off an impending asthma attack. I've seen this work well in small children. You might try it and see if it works well for you. Plain old steam also, sometimes will relax the bronchi enough to relieve that oncoming asthma attack. I hope you've found this information helpful. Thank you!"
