Hi, I'm Gabi, and I'm going to show you how to roast sunflower seeds. So what I have here are some raw sunflower seeds. And they've been shucked from the shells, and I'm going to roast them so that I can use them in baking, or on salads, or anything else that you might want to use sunflower seeds for. So, I have a clean baking tray. And I'm going to spread my sunflower seeds out with nothing on them. You don't have to grease the pan, or salt them, or anything. And these are going to roast much faster than if they were in the shells. So I have my oven preheated to three hundred degrees. And have these spread in an even layer, so that they're not touching each other too much, so that they'll roast evenly. And then, I'm going to put them in the oven right in the middle, and let them roast at three hundred degrees for about thirty minutes.
