Hi I'm Trina Sims of Green Star Herbs and today I'm going to tell you how to use apple cider vinegar to rinse your hair. It is very very simple and leaves really nice results. All you need is a cup or so of clean slightly warm water and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. A tablespoon is half an ounce. Simply add that half an ounce of apple cider vinegar to your water, give it a little stir and when you have shampooed your hair for the final rinse pour the diluted apple cider vinegar through your hair and leave it, just blot your hair dry and dry it in any way that you normally do. Don't be concerned about a little bit of vinegar aroma, as your hair dries that aroma will dissipate completely. It leaves your hair shiny, takes away from any products that we might use to style our hair and closes up the cuticles so that light reflects better and we have less tendency towards frizz and flyaway hair. I hope this information on how to rinse your hair with apple cider vinegar has been useful to you. Thank you.
