"Do you have carpal tunnel syndrome? Here's an exercise that you can easily do; this is what I recommend. First you're going to want to straighten your wrists but relax your fingers down. Then you're going to want to make a tight fist. Then you're going to want to aim your wrists down; this is what you're going to repeat for five times. Then you're going to relax your wrists and let your fingers be limp. You're going to repeat that four times. And lastly, you're going to relax your arms and shake; shake those wrists and hands out. This is something that you can easily do at your workplace as well as home. Just do this three to four times a day and I'm sure this will benefit your carpal tunnel syndrome."
