"If you have knee pain, a great thing that you can do commonly is stretching. Ice packs are favorable. Also a great exercise that you can use for knee pain is leg extension machine. What you're going to want to do is put the minimal amount of weight, it's going to be all about the squeeze and the stretch so we don't want to have much weight on at all. So what we're going to do, we're going to hang onto the handles, make sure that your posture is nice and we're just going to bring that pad up to so, we don't want to bring it all the way up putting more constraints on that knee. So we want to take that deep breath in as we go up and blow it out as we come down. After a couple sets, this should bring the knee pain down to a minimal. If it doesn't, then you're going to want to stop immediately and you're going to want to seek professional. If you don't think it's that serious, then you're going to want to have some protein and just take some time to relax. Time will heal."
