Hi I'm Rachel Yatuzis and I'm going to show you how to clean car upholstery stains. The best thing you can do with any stain, I always say is catch it before it dries or try to catch it as soon as you can. There are many things you can use to try to clean your car upholstery. You can buy stuff at auto dealers, not auto dealers but auto parts stores and things like that that are made just for car upholstery, but when you think about it, it's just like a couch. So hairspray is an excellent stain remover. If you can douse a stain with hairspray and then scrub it, it grabs hold of that stain and brings it to the surface and then you can just wipe the area with water to get rid of the hairspray. If you have car upholstery that's stained, there's a lot of stains or maybe it's a older car and you really want to try to have it looking new again, get a bucket of vinegar and water and the vinegar will also help get rid of the musty smell that your car may have and scrub it. This scrub brush would be awesome just to scrub everything you need to scrub in the upholstery. That will really help give it a new look too. If you're left with the smell in your car, if the stain is bad or there's fuel or something like that that is a smell you can't get rid of, put a cup of vinegar in your car overnight. Just let it sit, it'll get rid of any smell you have. I'm Rachel Yatuzis and that is how you get rid of car upholstery stains.
