Hi, I'm Rachel Yatuzis, and I'm going to show you how to remove hard water stains on your shower doors. This shower door is pretty clean, and I can show you exactly how they got it this clean. A lot of times you may move into a new house, and the people before you didn't take care of the shower the way that you would but it's no problem. If you have hard water stains on your glass shower doors lemon juice is the answer. Well, you can squirt it directly on the shower door. If you have a real lemon you can cut it in half and scrub it on the door. I just sprayed or squirted the lemon juice on this sponge, and you use this and let that the acidity of the lemon juice really overpower those hard water stains. Get it all over the shower door. Then, make a paste using vinegar and baking soda. This paste is about the consistency of like Soft Scrub, and this is how you're going to get the hard water stains that are around the edges that are a little more difficult, let me see, they're a little more difficult to get to and there may be some really, really stubborn spots, so this is the great abrasive material that will really scrub out the hard water stains. Then, use vinegar and water to spray and rinse. You hear the little fizzing noise. It's because the the vinegar, and the baking soda, and the lemon juice they kind of bubble up a little bit when they're together. Spray vinegar and water and then wipe it with a paper towel. You may have to go over this with a glass cleaner when you're done, but the hard water stains will be gone. Then, the next time you take a shower leave the shower door open. It'll help prevent em' in the first place. I'm Rachel Yatuzis, and that's how you remove hard water stains from a shower door.
