Bags under your eyes can be caused by a number of different things. Could be allergies, could be you're not sleeping enough, it could be hereditary. Or it could even be caused by hormones, or changes in the weather. But bags are definitely not attractive when they're under your eyes. There are number of ways to get rid of them, and the first thing probably would be to get enough sleep. The recommended sleep for adults, is seven to eight hours. You can also put slices of cucumber over your eyes. Put them in the fridge first to cool them off. You just lay them over your eyes for a few minutes, and they're reusable up to ten times. You can also take a tea bag, steep it like you're going to drink the tea, and you may as well, and then take the used tea bags, refrigerate them and lay them over your eyes for about five minutes.
