"Hey, my name is Shaun, and I'm here with the Wilmington Boxing and Fitness Center. I'm here today to talk, to talk to you about which exercise is best for the all around workout for your body. And here I have the resistance bands here. These are easy. They're cheap. And they're easy for travel when you're going out of town and you can take with you, to stay in shape, to stay toned up. So that you won't like get out of the mode of exercising. And when you're using these, these are good because you can do it for any muscle group and this is for all over your body. So one of the exercises is you know, your basic bicep curls. Then you got your shoulder press. With this one, want to bring it back, space your feet out a little bit, bring your hands up to your shoulders, and you want to press up. And another exercise you can do is the squat. Space your feet out some more, and them hands back to your shoulders. Go down and you want to come up. Also you can do a chest fly or with a chest press. You can wrap this around if you've got a door knob or maybe like your staircase at home, you can wrap it around. Just stand forward a little bit. And now you can do the chest fly. Now these bands come in different sizes and weight. So this red one here is a medium band. The yellow one here is a little bit lighter for someone beginning. Then you have, you know, your blues and your blacks, those are your heavy bands. So, this is the equipment used for all over total body workout."
