"Hey, my name is Shaun and I'm here with the Wilmington Boxing And Fitness Center. And I'm here today to talk to you about free diet and workout plans. Now I'm going to give you an example. My workout plan, 'cause for me, it all depends on your goals and what you're trying to achieve. My goal is to put on mass and muscle. So for me, I have to take in a lot of calories over about thirty five to thirty eight hundred calories I need to take in. For me doing that, I have to eat about six times a day. So like for breakfast, I stick to, to maybe cereal in the morning or muffin or sometimes I may have my eggs grits, a little sausage and bacon in the morning. Then I have a protein shake during the afternoon or right after that, two hours later. Then for lunch I have another big meal also; maybe like fish, chicken breast or I have vegetables, rice; maybe like a baked potato also and I have another protein shake also. And next dinner, I may have chicken breast again or steak, low low rice, vegetables; maybe and a salad also 'cause you want to, you want to take in your protein, you want to take in your carbs; you also want to get your vegetables and fruits in there also. And that's for me putting on mass and muscle. And most people, you need to stick with a diet plan because it's, it's, it's good, it builds healthy habits and nutrition. And if you exercising at the same time as dieting, you'd going to, you'd going to get the benefits of both because it's going to help you in the long run health wise and it's going to help you physically also. And that's a few things about free diet and exercise for you to take note to. Thank you."
