"Hello, my name is Doctor Loretta Ciraldo, board certified dermatologist and author of Six Weeks to Sensational Skin. In this clip we're going to give advice about prevention of pimples. And basically I'm going to review with you a few of the things that we know may be very helpful for you to have less breakouts. The first is that in a study done just a couple of years ago in the dermatology literature, we found that people who had more sever acne were people who were likely to have at least two dairy servings each and every day. So if you are someone who suffers with acne, consider limiting your dairy intake and I suggest that you do this for about two weeks. If you see that you get a lot less acne then you're someone who's sensitive to dairy and just try to limit your dairy. The second thing that you have to do is look at the distribution of your acne. If it happens to be around the rim of your face then there's a very likely possibility that you're someone who gets an acne like reaction to hair products, including conditioner and creamy shampoos. And I'd like you to switch over to a clear shampoo and something like Infusiam Twenty Three Leave In, instead of conditioner and the best of luck. This is Doctor Loretta Ciraldo."
