"Hello, my name is Doctor Loretta Ciraldo, board certified dermatologist and author of Six Weeks to Sensational Skin. In this clip we're going to talk about back acne. Now first of all, let's talk a little bit about the causes of it. It's very commonly seen when you're going to the gym and perspiring a lot. So if you're at the gym be sure to take a cool shower afterwards. Also in women it can be commonly seen from hair conditioners. So think about cutting down on the use of hair conditioners. The easiest way to treat it is to take a great salicylic cleanser, two percent salicylic would be the best. This is from my own line, and just keep it in your shower. It's not all so easy to use products all over your back but it's certainly very easy that when you're in the shower you take your acne wash and just put it on you shoulders. It will go down your back and it's a great way to treat yourself every single day and typically you should see very nice results with some clearing within hopefully the first two to four weeks of using the good cleanser and taking the cool shower after your workout. This is Doctor Loretta Ciraldo."
