"Hi my name is Rachael Richardson and I'm with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip we are going to talk about what vitamins help arthritis and so first there are two different types of arthritis. There is osteo and there is rheumatoid and they are treated somewhat differently although we look at reducing inflammation in the cases of both types of arthritis. This is one nutrient that I use. It is an enzyme formula that I use to help reduce inflammation especially with rheumatoid arthritis but it can also be used very effectively with osteo. Another anti inflammatory that I use is Finest Pure Fish Oils by Pharmax. Both of these products and all the products that I will show you are pharmaceutical grades and available through healthcare practitioners like myself. Other things that I use for inflammation and rheumatoid arthritis are things like Inflamatone. This is a natural enzyme and herbal formula with things like tumeric, boswelia, ginger and enzymes and the last thing that I always use with any kind of arthritis is probiotics to help fortify the intestines to improve absorption of the nutrients and elimination of the inflammatory proteins. This has been Rachael with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida."
