Hi, I'm Ben from the Cellphone Broker in San Jose, California. Today, I'm going to show you how to block phone calls on your cell phone. Some cell phones give you the option to go into the settings of that phone and block incoming or outgoing calls. The majority of the time, it'll be incoming calls because you don't want to block calls that you're making. You can also block text messages that are...that are incoming. On this particular phone, you can go into the menu, scroll down to settings, scroll over to calls, which would be on the right hand side on this one. And you can go down to manage calls and accept calls. And accept calls will allow you to receive calls from anyone who calls you or people only from your list. You can also have the option to block all incoming calls, which would be down here. It says none. So you can accept calls from everybody on this phone or you can only accept calls from people on your contacts list. So that's kind of a neat feature on this phone. Like I said, all...not all phones have that, but this one does have a feature that allows you to block the phone calls on there. So the thing you need to do if you don't have a...you don't have that option in your menu in your...in your...in your cell phone, you can contact the wireless provider and have them block the number that is calling you. Usually, they'll do that for free. If they do charge a fee for that, you know, it's usually no more than five or 10 dollars. So you can just contact your wireless provider. Check out their website and find out what their customer service number is or call star two or 611 from your cell phone, and they'll be able to assist you with blocking an incoming number from calling you.
