Hi I'm Ben from the Cellphone Broker in San Jose, California. Today I'm going to show you how to send a phone call directly to voice mail on your cellphone. There's pretty much only one easy way to do it and that would be to shut your phone completely off. When your phone is off, it will send the call directly to voice mail, it won't ring at all, it will just go straight to your voice mail box. The other way to do it would be to block that phone number that's trying to call you. You could contact your wireless carrier directly and have them block that phone number. On some phones they do have the option to block that number directly from the menu. You can select to only have numbers that you know in your phone contacts list be able to go straight to your phone or you can have the option to only have no, you can have no phone numbers be able to contact. On this particular phone you can go into the menu, scroll down to settings, scroll over to calls which would be on the right hand side on this one. And you can go down to manage calls and accept calls. Accept calls will allow you to receive calls from anyone who calls you or people only from your list. You could also have the option to block all incoming calls which would be here it says none. So you can accept calls from everybody on this phone or you can only accept calls from people on your contacts list. So that's kind of a neat feature on this phone. Like I said, not all phones have that but this one does have a feature that allows you to block the phone calls on there. The other thing you can do, however this won't send your phone directly to voice mail, you can when you receive a call, you can press the volume key on the side of the phone and this will usually put the phone on silent. It will keep ringing and it will eventually go to voice mail but it won't go straight to voice mail as soon as a person calls you. You can turn the phone off and have it go straight to voice mail, you can block the number and either directly from your carrier or directly from your cellphone. You can hit the volume key on the side of the phone and have the phone ring a couple of times and eventually go to voice mail.
