"Hi this is Jessica Claire with New York Dating Coach in New York City. In this clip we are going to talk about how to communicate better. Women tend to be very very strong communicators. It is one of our best qualities and it is hard for men in general to keep up. There are two different forms of communication generally speaking. One is body language, the better you become at communicating through body language, the less you have to say so the less articulate you need to be. Secondly, the second form of communication is listening and responding. Learning to do both simultaneously will make you the best communicator you can be and the only way to really do this is to practice. I would suggest speaking to your friends or your close knit family and just saying that you want to become better at communicating. People that know you really well will tell you the things that you are maybe not so good at. When I asked my friend I was told to learn to become a better listener, to slow down on my response time, etc. so ask your friends, family. They'll give you clues on how to become a better communicator. This is Jessica Claire with New York Dating Coach."
