"I'm here today to talk about my favorite equipment for toning. I love hands down free weights. That is my absolute favorite for toning. I enjoy free weights because I feel like they isolate your muscles more. I feel like you get a lot more out of it. Versus machines I enjoy but I feel like I cheat, I have a little more momentum with machines. This way I am using all my surrounding muscles, my core,my legs, my back. So in conclusion I feel like free weights are the best exercise you can have for toning."
