"And today, I'm going to cover how to prep yourself for going into military, training-wise. And so, he'll say one, and then he'll come back, and then you'll stop, two, three, one. Now, I'm going to show you in fast time, full time motion. One, two, three, one, one, two, three, two, one, two, three, three, and you just keep on going so on, and so forth, until you get to which ever number you're trying to get to which will probably be a set of twelve or something like that. Now, if you have time before you enter the military, 'cause you're doing pre-training, before you enter the military, you got to do your actual training which you'll be tested in the very end to make sure that you can actually do the training and pass the training to become part of the military. But before you do that, before you enter it or anything, and you'll still just kinda try to get in shape, to actually think that you're in enough shape, I would recommend on the Tuesday and Thursday, if you can actually can, go to a gym and do training with weights. It is good to do push-ups, but then, it is a little bit better, in my opinion to actually use free weights."
