"The is the cool down segments of our stretching activities. This one is a great hamstring stretch. There's actually two parts to this. So you want to have your legs extended out in front of you. And it?s very important to keep your legs straight. Now there's time when you?re stretching with this stretch when you?re going to want to bend them because it relieves some of the pain I guess from this stretch. But it?s very important. You're not going to get a proper stretch if you don't keep your legs straight. And all you want to do is you want to fold in half. You?re just going to bend right at the waist, bend down. You can put your hands on your feet, if you can reach that far. And you?re just going to bend forward. And if you can touch your nose to your legs, that?s great. And again you want to hold that for a good fifteen to twenty seconds. Now some people are only able to stretch this far. Just keep working at it, day after day. And eventually you'll be able to fold all the way down. The second stretch, you?re just going to put your legs apart. And do the same stretch, but with your hands stretched out and and your going to try to put your face all the way down into the grass or into the ground. And again you want to hold that one for a good fifteen to twenty seconds. And if it helps you can do some bouncing to get further and further. Till you can go all the way down."
