Today I’m going to talk to you about printing and some problems you might run into when trying to print on your system. Over here we have our printer powered and connected to the PC, but we have a document open that we want to print to or print from. Under the printing menu for this document, you have a selection of different printers. Always make sure that your printer is in the list and is selected before hitting the print button. Now, in this list we don’t see our printer listed so that means that we need to reinstall the printer drivers. You can use manufacturers CD to reinstall your printer drivers or you can also visit their website and usually the printer drivers are available free of charge for all operating systems.
