"One of the maneuvers we do is called boxing the weight. What we'll do is we'll go down through the prop wash of the tow plane, to a low tow position. We'll swing out to the side and do a box around the tow plane, which demonstrates our ability to maneuver in the different parameters that we have to fly behind the tow plane. We're coming up on 1000 feet. We'll start our box above 1000 feet. Our first step is to go down through the lake of the tow plane, and you'll feel the glider vibrate a little bit as you go through the turbulent air. There's the turbulence. Now we're down below the weight, so that you don't feel the turbulence from the tow plane anymore. We're going to go out to the right. We're going to hold this position, and we're going to come up. Hold this position off on the right, and we're going to cross over to the other side. Hold this position on the left, and we're going to descend below this way. Hold that position on the left, come back behind him, and then transition back through the lake into the normal high tow position. There's the lake. Now we're back in the normal high tow position."
