How to Apply Lip Concealer

"Hi, I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you the tips to perfect lips today. We're now going to use a little bit of concealer around her lip line. A lot of people don't think to use concealer around the lip line but it really gives a nice defined look to the lip area. So we are just going to put a little bit of concealer on our concealer brush and we're just going to brush it right on the lower lip line. See that just really cleans it up and gives it a nice bright look. And then we're just going to put a little bit right on the top here. It just cleans up the look of the lip line and it gives a more defined look, also if you've made any mistakes it will cover that up, too."
