"Hi, I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you the tips to perfect lips today. We're going to start by exfoliating the lips. You want to get rid of any dead or dry skin that can be sitting on the surface of the lip. This will interfere with any treatment that you put on the lips because any kind of treatment can't penetrate through any surface dead skin. So this is an actual exfoliating product that is made specifically for the lips. It's just a light grainy scrub. So, we are just going to massage this into her lips for a few seconds. We're just going to rinse it off. This will leave the lips nice and smooth so any treatment you put on will penetrate in nicely, not sit on the surface. It will also make your lipstick look really nice and smooth because nobody want their lipstick to sit and lay on dry, cracked skin."
