The vinegar is a sideike and the baking soda is alcholine. When you mix them together it produces a chemical reaction. Carbon dioxide gas is produced by the reaction. The carbon dioxide gas combines with the soap and makes foam that oozes out of the test tube. What a great experiment. Wow, look at that foam.
