"In this clip we are going to talk about energy and I meet a lot of clients who have problems with chronic fatigue and other types of energy imbalances and I find out that when we start to do a couple of things with nutrition we can completely get rid of this fatigue syndrome that is happening so one of the most important things that you can do to increase your energy is to balance your blood sugar and you'll find that when you balance your blood sugar it actually normalizes every other aspect of your health including your energy so balancing your blood sugar comes down to putting the macro-nutrients together in the right way and not eating too much sugar at any one sitting. There is all kinds of healthy recipes that you can make that are balanced in blood sugar but people often ask me what about snacks, what can I do? Well some healthy snacks that you can do are nuts, or an apple with nut butter and if you are on the go and you need to keep something with you I really recommend a healthy protein bar so I have a couple here that you can take a look at. This is one of my favorites, this is called Ultra Lean Crispy Rice Bars by Biogenesis and they're beautiful because they are actually balanced if you look at the food label, they are balanced between carbohydrates, protein and healthy fats."
