Video Transcript

"So, welcome to Facial Yoga. This segment is called, "The Letter 'I'". How, when we tune in to the lips, the teeth, the tip of the tongue, and the soft palate and all of the energy around the face, especially around the mouth, you can also pay attention to how it affects the cranium--what is happening upward. Each sound carries, it doesn't just stay in this one section. So we're really being "space explorers" in the realm of the face, the jaw, the soft palate. We're looking at this letter "I", it could be a short "I". "Aye", "aye", "aye" , "aye", "aye", "aye", "aye". You can almost feel that your eyes and the eyebrows have to respond to "aye", "aye", "aye", "aye", "aye", "aye", "aye", "aye"! "ayeayeayeayeayeayeaaye", repeating quickly, "ayeayeayeayeayeayeaye" making a song out of it, and then, the opposite. Just a simple letter, "aaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyeeeeeeeeeeee". So it's opening and it's closing. Then you can play with it, "aayyee". Allow the sensitivity to gently come in with "aye"...."aye"..."
