"Hi. Welcome to Facial Yoga, this segment is called, "Exploring the Vowel 'E'". So I'd like to think of "e" in two ways. One is that it could be very loooonnnngated with a long "eeeeeeeeee". So we can't really show everything that's happening here but we're looking at, feeling, sensitizing, tuning into the lips, the teeth, the soft palate, the tongue and feeling what is the sound that's different than the "A". Now we're looking at "eeeee", how does the "eeeee" extend. So you can play with the tone, you can go up and down the scale, and I'd like to have you feel or sense or know, understand, imagine that there's a channel of energy right through the body, it goes right in front of the spinal column. It's gentle, it's sensitive to sound and there's a whole exploration of sound yoga. But we're just going to touch on this idea of the sound and the shape of the mouth, the lips and the teeth, the tip of the tongue when you making the letter "eeeee". Almost imagining there's a string right here on the sides of the lips, taking it all the way out for "eeeee". The sound is in the front, in the teeth, you're going to feel some vibration perhaps in the lips and you're really placing the sound deliberately, "eeeeeeee". So thank you for exploring the letter, "E"."
