"We are actually demonstrating a hypnotherapy session, right now, with our volunteer Susie. In order to fully allow the client go into the hypnotic state, I am now going to allow her body to completely relax; feel very calm and comfortable. "So, Susie, as you listen to those ocean waves, you are going to feel waves of healing relaxation. Moving up the body, starting with the toes and the feet. And as you feel those waves of healing relaxation, you just allow all of the muscles, the tendons, the tissues of the body, to release, relax and let go of any tension or stress. And now those waves of healing relaxation move up into the ankles, the calves, the knees and the thighs. And with each and every breath, you go even deeper". "You feel even more relaxed, as those waves of healing relaxation move up into the center of the body. The stomach, the chest and now into the shoulders. And down into the arms, the hands and fingers. And then up into the neck, the head and the face. Down over the eyelids and the jaw". "And so now, your whole body, from the top of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes feels relaxed and comfortable. Just like a pile of loose limp rubber bands, just lying there". Good!"
