" I am Allen Davidson and I am here on behalf of expertvillage.com and I am an expert in somatic coaching. When a client comes to see me for somatic coaching, there is a whole assessment process that we do and I begin by really getting a sense of where they are physically in their life what sort of exercise program that they have and their capacity for strength, flexibility, grace and then we do even an assessment of their posture. So when I work with the client I focus on first developing a physical program that helps them. I call it a kata. In Japan, the martial Arts use Kata as repetitive forms that help people develop their physical capacities so one your step is to learn the Kata the form learn the particular step and then by repeating that Kata over and over it becomes a habit that and if you repeat the habit over and over enough times it becomes second nature to you."
