"Hi! I am Angela and I will be addressing posture right now and how to adjust the chair so that your elbows are properly placed at the desk. What you want to do, you can see this chair is very ergonomic, and I am going to get comfortable on my chair and I am going to pull it up as close as I can to my desk so that I do not risk leaning forward a lot while on the computer and squinting my eyes. So you can see me close to this table, and what you want to do is adjust the height of your chair with an adjustment on the side of it that goes up and down like that. And what you want to do in the end is adjust it to where your arms are completely aligned with the spine. If you are at a desk and your arms are not at 90 degree angle, you either need to adjust up or down so that they are properly placed. This improves the posture and keeps it consistent whereas if I am up like this, I might be leaning forward, down like this I might be leaning forward, so just make sure you are completely aligned and you will be able to work comfortably without having to hyperextend your arms. And this is how to properly adjust your chair while working at a desk."
