Video transcription

You could contact me at michiganhighlanddance.com and in this clip I will be demonstrating the open pa de ba quick step. We will now spring onto the right foot and execute two more open pa de bas. Now we would again execute two diagonal open pa de bas or open pa de bas done in forth intermediate position. First springing on to the right foot and then on to the left foot. Now I will repeat the dance two more times. Springing on to the right foot and executing two open pa de bas. Now I'm making a quarter of a turn dancing two more open pa de bas. Making one more of a quarter turn dancing two more open pa de bas. Now springing onto the right foot and executing two more open pa de bas and forth intermediate positions. We will now execute two more open pa de bas springing on to the right foot. Now springing on to the right foot and making a quarter of a turn we will dance two more open pa de bas. Doing one more of a quarter of a turn and executing two more open pa de bas, spring onto the right foot. Instead of doing two diagonal open pa de bas we will execute four spring movements. Springing on to the right foot taking our arms down to first position and making a turn gradually so that we line up facing the front. Now the springs are done in third arrow positions. 2,3,4, you will land and end just slightly diagonally back front the heel of the sword as I have shown and you will step and place a line in line and just slightly back from the sword and end with a bow as you would in of any Highland dance.
