"Hi! I'm Erin and you're watching Expert Village. Today, we're going to be working on how to do a bruise. Now, when you blend the base color, you want to blend it outward. Mostly the ones that are on the outside. Just blend it a little bit more outward. The ones in the middle, you want to kind of keep because that's kind of where it all started. You still kind of need to blend those in a little bit like that. Kind of give it a redness area, but all keep that little bit of stipple in there so you can see the busted capillaries. There you go. Spread it out. If you need more color, you can take your sponge and dip it in your color just to kind of add a little bit more. There you go. You're starting to look pretty red now. Nice. Looking good. You can also go back if you need to with your stipple sponge. Go back and kind of put some more on those busted capillaries in there. There's your base."
