Hi my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a entire Thanksgiving meal. The last step to cutting your turkey is to go ahead and remove the breast meat. As you can see this is the breast bone right here running down the center of the turkey and I'm just going to take my knife and cut along the side of the turkey. I'm using regular chefs knife however you can go ahead and use a electric knife. I'm just going to turn the turkey on its side and just go ahead and cut off the entire breast here. That is going to make it much easier to cut up instead of trying to do it while it is on the bone. Now that I have the entire breast here I'm just going to go ahead and cut it so it is easier for everybody to eat.
