"Okay in this clip we are going to be doing step ups on a stability ball. Now this is going to bring your heart rate up so this is another option if you don't have a treadmill or a larger piece of equipment to do your cardio. You are going to grab your ball on either side with both hands, step up with the right foot, step up with the left, arms come up, arms come down, step down with the right, step down with the left. What I suggest doing is starting with one foot and doing that full set with one foot and then switch sides. You can go as fast or as slow as you feel comfortable and make sure that you are focusing on your balance and stability. Keep your core nice and tight and you?re back nice and straight. Step down and try and look straight ahead. I know it might be tempting to look down at your feet but it really won't help your balance that much. Try to exhale as you step up and inhale down. Exhale up and inhale down."
