"In this clip we are going to do a side and cross bounce. You want to make sure there is plenty of room in your exercise area for you to land either side of the balance trainer. You are going to start from the side, feet a little than shoulder width apart. Relax your upper body, bend your legs slightly, go on top and to the side. O'kay it is like a quick tap on the center of the balance trainer. O'kay now you also want to monitor your heart rate and make sure it does not get up too high. I would suggest doing three sets of ten counting one to other side. So go, that's one, two, three, and so forth. From this side and bounce. Try to keep your arms as stable as possible. When you do this exercise make sure that you bend your knees enough so as not to hurt your back and to keep your body nice and stable. Side, and tap to the center and on to the other side."
