"For our next clip we are going to do crunches on the balance trainer. You are going to slowly come down the floor on your balance trainer and lower yourself down until your back is fully supported. Some people like to do this at an angle basically you are going to make sure that you are having no back discomfort and that when you are doing your crunches that you feel that burn. Hands behind the head, back is nice and level and you are going to crunch up nice and slow, relax down exhale on the way up, inhale on the way down, exhale up and really squeeze those abs and tighten up that belt relax down. If this isn't challenging for you and initially it will be but if it gets to where this exercise is a little bit too easy, you can always add a little bit of a balance challenge and do a crunch with your leg elevated. Make sure you have a fist size space between your chin and your chest now back to your basic and crunch up, exhale on the way up and inhale on the way down. You want to make sure that you bring your back nice and flat when you bring it back down. You don't want to be curving and arching the back. Exhale up and squeeze those abs and inhale on the way down. Try to keep those abdominals nice and tight so you can really feel the burn."
