"Get your hand signal, give it a snap, get it, try to get it to a position from where it is like this. Your ring finger on the line, come like this, have it ready, and then take your steps and kick but this is only to work on your hands and have it rotated in the right spot. So if you catch it like this rotated right quick and get it in the right spot. You want to have your right hand where you have the kicking foot hand down on bottom, the other hand on the side. Ready. Twist it, get it ready and stand back up and throw one fast motion."
